If we would just stop comparing, competing, and teaching our kids that some are better or more deserving than others then we might finally come into balance. Your beauty and gifts shouldn’t detract from mine and vice versa. This is a personal peeve of mine :-)
I fully concur, we do far too much judging and comparing and not enough accepting and loving. We live in this linear, patriarchal construct, but it is an illusion. The myth of competition is a powerful one.
